By engaging Verdant Yield Systems for site audits and hardware deployment, you agree to allow our technicians access to your facility's existing HVAC and fertigation infrastructure. Verdant Yield Systems is not liable for pre-existing infrastructural failures discovered during the site audit phase.
All proprietary hardware, including Nutrient Reclamation Matrices and Spectral Optimization Arrays, are covered by a standard 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The initial 14-day telemetry calibration period requires uninterrupted network access; failure to provide this voids guaranteed yield metrics.
The CAD layouts, custom software sub-routines, and UI dashboards provided remain the intellectual property of Verdant Yield Systems. Reverse engineering of the closed-loop fertigation extraction protocols is strictly prohibited.
While our systems are engineered to prevent fungal pathogens and optimize resource usage, biological variables remain out of our strict control. Verdant Yield Systems shall not be held liable for crop loss due to external pathogen introduction, municipal power failures, or improper manual overrides by facility staff.
